THE SPACE
The Villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a private outdoor area with a heated swimming pool, and free private parking.

The Master Bedroom includes a king-sized bed, tastefully crafted furniture, a dresser with a matching mirror, air conditioning, a closet, direct access to the pool, and spectacular views of the Caldera and the Aegean Sea.

The Second Bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom and shower, offers two single beds (these can be combined to create a king-sized bed). It is adorned with modern, light wood furniture and includes all the same amenities as the Master Bedroom, along with charming views of the Aegean Sea and Medieval Pyrgos Village.

The Third Bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom and shower, along with two single beds (which can be joined to form a king-sized bed). It is similarly decorated with modern light wood furniture and has direct access to the pool, its own private veranda with outdoor furniture, and stunning views of the Caldera and the Aegean Sea.

The high-spec kitchen is designed to enhance your stay, combining a professional feel with a homely atmosphere. If you choose to dine in rather than at one of the many nearby restaurants, this well-equipped space will enable you to prepare the perfect meal.

The dining table is impressive enough for formal gatherings with friends and family or for special occasions.

The living room features two built-in sofas that can convert into two single beds, making it a space for both entertainment and relaxation.
